“The potential to be satisfied and live consciously lies within each of us.“
Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy is one of the oldest body psychotherapy methods in Europe, having laid the foundation for modern body-oriented psychotherapy approaches. This method was developed by Norwegian psychologist and kinesiotherapist Gerda Boyesen, together with her daughters Ebba and Mona Lisa Boyesen. It is successfully applied in many countries worldwide.
This is a depth psychology and body therapy based method, drawing on early theories of Sigmund Freud’s libido, as well as the works of Carl Gustav Jung and Wilhelm Reich. Biodynamic psychology examines the organic connections between body and psyche, considering them not just theoretical concepts but actual energetic forces that influence both physical and emotional states.
The concept of biodynamics comes from two main elements: “bios” meaning life, and “dynamics” meaning force. This therapeutic approach is based on the idea that vital energy flows freely, without blocks or limitations, constantly filling us with strength at all levels – physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.
Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy helps restore the body’s natural balance, reduce tension, improve emotional well-being and promote personal growth. Due to its unique methodology, it is becoming increasingly popular among professionals and people seeking a holistic approach to health.

To study, it is enough to participate in one introductory seminar.
Our training and advanced courses are designed for everyone who is genuinely interested in people, feels deep respect for their individuality and is ready for open contact with people. Training and courses are organized in separate modules. Before the training begins, participants are invited to introductory weekend courses where we will get to know you and you will get to know our method. Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy is scientifically recognized by the European Psychotherapy Association (EAP). Therefore, our graduates, having fulfilled additional practice and professional supervision requirements, can apply for the European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP).
There are no formal requirements for those wishing to study, but it is desirable that participants have personal therapy experience and/or practical work experience in psychology, social work, alternative medicine, physiotherapy or in clinics, schools or psychiatric institutions.
Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy training is based on cognitive psychology principles, according to which learning occurs best through personal experiences, insights and practice. For this reason, the training format allows students to alternately engage in client and therapist roles from the very beginning. This constantly connects sensory experience, perception, theoretical knowledge and internal understanding.
Practical activities and process-oriented training help students more easily master work techniques and required theoretical knowledge, systematically develop individual skills needed for qualified work. The professional training process is not only skill improvement but also the discovery of one’s personal potential and its creative use.
In addition to conveying theoretical and practical knowledge, great attention is paid to individual innate abilities. Each student learns to use their personal development advantages for professional skill development. Students thoroughly master biodynamic body therapy theory and practice and its application in therapist work.
