In therapy we see a person holistically – as a whole of body, emotions and the unconscious. We use gentle, non-invasive methods – craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, osteopathy, body psychotherapy – and integrate them, because what we carry in the psyche often lives in the body too. That is why we look not only at the symptom, but at its roots.

We train body therapy and body psychotherapy practitioners – from first steps to international certification. We teach the same integrative, non-invasive approach we practise ourselves: here technique is inseparable from the therapeutic relationship and the connection between body and psyche.

The Integrative Therapy and Training Center in Vilnius is where therapy and science meet. We work integratively: endobiogenics, craniosacral therapy, body psychotherapy, applied kinesiology, osteopathy. We are the official Upledger and Barral institute representatives in Lithuania, and our academy IKTA trains body therapy and body psychotherapy practitioners. At our core is integration — between body and mind, knowing and sensing.
