Blood tests

  • Blood tests are required for endobiogenic consultation. Tests can be performed at Rezus(+370 676 20220) laboratory, Inmedica (+370 521 99 990 Vivulskio st. is the closest) or Medicina Practica (ENDO program +370 525 07744). The test package typically doesn’t include lipid profile (cholesterol tests), liver, kidney, iron reserve, or vitamin indicators – those need to be requested separately at the laboratory. More information about test types and locations.
  • At the laboratory, specify your endobiogenic doctor and sign consent to send test data to a third party (your doctor).
  • Preparing for blood tests:
    • Blood test results take 5 days to prepare, so it’s preferable to have your blood drawn about a week before your consultation.
    • Avoid intense exercise for at least 5 days before the test (especially if new exercises cause muscle pain), as this can lead to falsely elevated creatine kinase levels. You may continue normal daily activities. Muscles should be fully recovered at the time of testing.
    • You need to fast for about 12 hours before the test. In the morning before the test, don’t drink coffee, tea, or smoke.
    • Arrive about 10 minutes early for your blood test so you can relax and sit quietly (this affects stress hormones).
    • If you’re ill or feel you’re coming down with a viral infection, it’s better not to do the test as the results won’t reflect your normal hormonal activity.
    • Women with menstruation – don’t do the test during your period. If you have menstrual cycle disorders – spotting, severe PMS – it’s recommended to do the test during these symptoms.
    • If there are no new changes in your health, tests done within the last 3 months (the above-mentioned ENDO package) can be used – so you can plan test timing calmly. If new symptoms appear after testing, just additional CBC and TSH tests are needed.

Initial endobiogenic consultation

Very important: come to your initial consultation with completed blood tests.

Initial consultation lasts 2 hours and consists of:
  • Interview – health complaints, illnesses, treatments, lifestyle, childhood diseases.
  • Detailed physical examination and palpation. You’ll be asked to undress to underwear. Preferably come without makeup, manicure – especially if you have skin or nail problems. It’s helpful to have good quality photos of problem skin areas on your phone.
  • Blood test analysis. Bring any previous blood test results you’ve saved – we can compare indicators and see more dynamics.
  • Biological index analysis: the optimal ENDO program is entered into a computer system that evaluates hormonal and autonomic nervous system function based on blood cell ratios.
  • Combining interview, examination and biological index findings, summarizing conclusions.
  • Organism balance restoration plan: dietary recommendations, physical activity, relaxation techniques, mineral, vitamin and supplement selection. Custom herbal tincture and tea recipes.

Follow-up endobiogenic consultation

Depending on the situation, a 30 min follow-up consultation is scheduled after 2-3 months, or email correspondence is arranged for tincture prescription renewals. Repeat endobiogenic blood test packages are determined individually, usually after 6-12 months.

Questionnaire

For first-time visits with Dr. Jurgita, we will send you a questionnaire by separate email that we ask you to complete and return to us before your consultation.
