“I feel I released the war from my body. Finally I can sleep deeply, no more nightmares.”
Our colleagues – Ukrainian Oleksandr Izbash and Icelander Erla Olafsdottir – organized a rehabilitation camp for Ukrainian soldiers who had sustained injuries on the front line, based on craniosacral therapy. At the International Upledger Conference in Brașov in 2025, they shared therapeutic stories, including diagnoses, symptoms before craniosacral therapy, and the condition after treatment.

My experience from the program is far beyond of expected. Atmosphere and communication in the program were so nice and open-hearted. Also that was so nice to get the treatment.
My general state changed drastically, my constant pulling pains are gone, no more headaches. My tissues released, my spine is so much better now. I became more light, definitely move with more freedom and range of motion.
And finally – this is life-changing – I feel I released the war from my body. Finally I can sleep deeply, no more nightmares. I feel reinstalled, my memory improved.
My wife says I used to be like a barrel with dynamite and now I am the barrel with warm honey. This also describes how I feel these days.
Thanks so much to all the therapists and organizers.

Complaints:
As I said at the end of the program, I feel it is an absolute miracle.
My legs, after all the surgeries and skin implants, were very immobile, and all the scar tissues were rough and thick. Now I feel that they are becoming more and more loose. I also continue working on this with self-massages. All the skin damage that could not heal for a very long time has finally healed, and now I feel much more mobile.
I can walk stairs with no trouble. I can also sit in a squat position, and my sleep has improved greatly.
Now I can say that it was only after the program that I started to sleep really deeply, and I sometimes even find myself relaxed and not tense.
My headaches are gone, as well as my sensitivity to sound and light.
I am very grateful for the entire experience of the program and for all the therapists who worked with me.
Talking about everything that happened was a little challenging, but it was worth it, because I could feel how all the tissues were reacting and how they were releasing through these stories.
Thank you to everyone for organizing, and I wish you all the best.
